FlightStats is pleased to direct you to the new developer center featuring the next generation FlightStats Flex APIs.

FlightStats Developer Center (New!)

FlightStats Flex APIs give developers access to improved and expanded flight data including position, upline/downline information, extensive change history, time zone offsets and flight plans. The new RESTful APIs are easy to use and provide data in XML, JSON, and JSONP formats. SOAP protocols are also supported. The new developer center makes it easier to explore the APIs and develop apps with interactive documentation. Additionally the new developer center makes it easier to monitor usage with customer facing analytics.

Try the New APIs: Flight Status & Track by Airport, Flight, Fleet, and location; as well as Schedules/Connections, Airport Reference, Flight Performance Rating, Airport Delay, and Weather.

Please note: Customers with accounts in the Legacy FlightStats Developer Center will need to create new accounts. The APIs have been completely rewritten and include new pricing and billing. You will need to review and accept the new terms and conditions. If you have specific contractual questions, please email our sales team.

FlightStats Legacy Developer Center (Legacy)

FlightStats also wants to assure current customers that the existing developer center with the legacy APIs will continue to be available. The legacy developer center will continue offering access and support for the legacy APIs until migration to the new developer center is complete. Customers will be given ample notification prior to the sunsetting of any of the legacy APIs.
